The Fire & Ice Experience is a curated, 15-day journey of stunning contrasts. We begin with the Fire, witnessing the explosive, neon energy of the Northern Lights at their 11-year “Solar Maximum” peak along the rugged Norwegian coast. We then transition to the Ice, sailing through a sparkling winter wonderland on the Danube, where frosted riverbanks lead to the warm, glowing hearts of Europe’s most iconic Christmas markets. Join us for either spectacular leg or combine them for the full hosted experience. Either way, we’ll handle the details so you can simply soak in the magic.

2027 marks the peak of the sun’s 11-year cycle. This “Solar Maximum” means the Northern Lights will be at their most vivid, colorful, and frequent.

Once this window closes, the lights effectively go on “sabbatical” until the mid-2030s. This is your chance to see the Arctic sky at its most electric.
