How Our Group Travel Planning Works
It starts with a conversation: we will talk through your group’s needs, timeline, and budget. From there, we research your options and put together a proposal built around what you told us. Once you sign off, we finalize the planning and booking, so you’re not chasing vendor quotes or comparing options yourself.
One recent group of 30 traveled with us to Tuscany for a wine club trip, each with different dietary needs and travel personalities, and wrote afterward that our “research, know-how, & hard work showed.”
