I contacted Taunya 3 weeks before the date that we wanted to travel. By the following day she had provided me with a number of options for us that fit our budget. On our travel day home, my husband was ill so I contact Taunya to see if we could get a fast flight home. Now, if that isn’t service I don’t know what is! I will be using Taunya from now on!

Taunya is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I am someone who usually has tons of questions and I like to get thorough information about options and prices. I appreciate the quality and comprehensive nature of the information she provides, and her energy is contagious–she clearly loves what she does! We hosted a group of over 25 of our Wine club members to a river cruise in France. Taunya and Derek did an amazing job taking care of all the details and making sure everything went out without a hitch. We will definitely use them again!
